No, this program is designed to rehabilitate and rescue a fatigued, strained, and weak voice.
It is not to be used as an alternative to voice therapy or surgery if you have a voice pathology like nodules, cysts, polyps and more. This program’s entire purpose is to support your vocal health, help heal your vocal fatigue and strain and aid you in preventing a pathology.
As a singing rehabilitation specialist I work with many vocalists who have had pathologies. My specialty is rehabilitating and rebuilding your voice after surgery and working with your medical team (Laryngologist and/or Speech Language Pathologist) as well as preventing your fatigued, strained, weak or swollen voice from becoming a pathology.
I have included a bonus PDF in this program on when to see a medical specialist, what a Voice Care Team looks like and what role each of us play. Post surgery care should be directed by a surgeon before moving forward in reconditioning and rebuilding your voice. Let’s love that wondrous, badass voice of yours!
I am a Vocal Coach, Singing Rehabilitation Specialist and NCVS Certified Vocologist.
I am the vocal coach for the JUNO Master Class, Canada’s Music Incubator, Music BC’s ARC program and work with emerging and major label artists. I also work with badass professional speakers, music therapists, fitness instructors and teachers, helping them find their healthy, effortless and powerful voice.
