Each program takes you through a 30 day guided experience with a new vocal workout, rehab & stretch, warm-up or rest & recover video.
These programs are designed to build upon each other every month, from beginner to advanced athletic vocal training. Workouts vary from 7 minutes for beginner training to 25 plus minutes for the more advanced programs.

Voice Science means providing training with evidence-based contemporary vocal techniques that work. As a certified NCSV Vocologist and voice nerd, I am consistently training in the latest vocal health, vocal strength training, and vocal rehabilitating techniques. There is a beautiful part of the voice world that studies the voice through the lens of science, research, and years of hard work from incredible people in our field.
From my 19 years of training vocalists, I have found that training like a badass vocal athlete, utilizing voice science techniques and mixing it in with soul, creativity, and authentic artistry is an incredible way to unlock and build a healthy, strong, and effortlessly free voice.
